*Startup passes

FoodconNext reserves the right to revoke a pass if the company in question does not seem to meet the full set of conditions required to purchase the ‘Startup’ pass.
 

A Startup pass is not applicable to any ‘new’ organization. Excluded from startup passes are: non-profit organizations, starting investors/funds, startup advisors, agencies, consultancies, new companies via mergers.
 

If you are in doubt if your company qualifies for a Startup pass, please contact us.
 

VAT

Prices shown are excluding 21% VAT.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received until one month prior to the summit: a refund of 50% will be made.

Cancellations received less than one month prior to the summit, or in case of no-show: no refund will be made.

A substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide us the name, the title and contact details of the substitute delegate at least 7 days prior to the summit. 
In case of unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued to all attendees.

Methods of payment
Payments can be made by credit card or direct bank transfer only. FoodconNext does not process invoices for bank payments
 

Privacy policy

For the purpose of networking, there will be a searchable list in our digital network platform with the names, job titles and company names of all our participants. You may choose to turn this off within the platform.
